What you will do

• Lead marketing strategies and campaigns in Moldova and across international markets;
• Manage the marketing department: set goals, allocate tasks, inspire and develop the team;
• Oversee digital, PR, event, and e-commerce projects – from concept to measurable results;
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize marketing budgets;
• Build an atmosphere where ideas turn into results.

What will help you succeed

Hard skills:

• University degree in Marketing or Management;
• 3+ years of marketing leadership experience, including digital;
• Strong knowledge of modern marketing and analytics tools;
• English – confident level (Upper-Intermediate+).

Soft skills:

• Leadership, strategic thinking, and passion for speed;
• Ability to see the big picture without losing sight of details;
• Responsibility, drive, and eagerness to learn.
