Trade Representative

Philip Morris Sales & Marketing Ltd. on behalf of its partner is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Trade Representative to join our Commercial team.

Role Purpose

Trade Representative contributes to the sustainable development of the company’s presence within the assigned territory by implementing commercial initiatives, monitoring points of sale, and collaborating with distribution partners — all in full compliance with tobacco control legislation and internal standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic and Operational Planning: Identifies relevant market aspects and develops territory-specific commercial plans aligned with company strategy and legal requirements.
- Resource Management: Coordinates the efficient use of resources for permitted commercial activities, in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Activity Implementation: Ensures the execution of commercial activities at retail locations, monitors compliance with company standards and legal provisions, and contributes to data collection for informed decision-making.
- External Partner Collaboration: Provides support and training to third-party partners to ensure responsible and compliant execution of commercial activities.
- Business Partnership: Maintains constructive relationships with retail and distribution partners, reinforcing the company’s image as a responsible and reliable business collaborator.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in sales (FMCG) & territory management
- Strong understanding of retail dynamics and partner engagement
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Commitment to ethical standards and regulatory compliance
