Ticketing Agent

As a Ticketing Agent, you will act as a key liaison between our customers and airline partners. Your primary responsibility will be to support clients in booking flights and to represent their interests in all interactions with airlines. This includes resolving booking issues, negotiating with airline representatives, and ensuring our clients receive the best possible service and travel options.

This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle complex travel requests with care and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate directly with airline representatives to secure and modify airline bookings;
  • Support clients with complex travel arrangements and provide tailored flight options;
  • Advocate for clients in case of ticketing issues, flight changes, or disputes;
  • Ensure bookings are accurate, cost-effective, and aligned with client preferences;
  • Provide timely and professional support to clients via phone, email, or chat;
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer requests and ensure smooth operations;

Requirements:

  • Upper-intermediate English or higher (spoken and written)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Previous experience in the travel industry, GDS systems, or ticketing is a strong advantage;
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work evening/night shifts on a long run, in a fast-paced environment;
  • Attention to detail and a client-first mindset
  • Integrity and a high level of responsibility;

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with airline frequent flyer programs (e.g., Star Alliance, SkyTeam, Oneworld);
  • Experience using Amadeus, Sabre, or other GDS platforms
  • Previous work in a ticketing, travel agency, or airline support role;
