Team Leader (English & French)
We’re looking for an organized and motivated leader for the position of Team Leader with English and conversational French, based in Chișinău!
At VEO, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to business development and inspire your team through vision and active involvement. Even if you don’t have previous sourcing experience, you will be leading a team in this field and benefit from dedicated training to understand the processes.
What you’ll do in this role:
- Coordinate the team and create a positive and efficient work environment
- Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and propose improvement solutions
- Present reports and updates during management meetings
- Provide operational support for various tasks and projects
- Participate in the recruitment of new team members
- Evaluate team members based on predefined objectives
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in team coordination and interaction with top management
- Advanced English (B2); conversational French
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Completed university degree
