Supply Planner

Orange Systems is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Supply Planner to work with our International Partners.

What you will be doing:

• Manage and maintain supply planning files (Excel spreadsheets) for all areas
• Review and analyze data to identify potential errors or extraordinary patterns
• Create and manage material master data
• Create and manage blanked orders (outline agreements)
• Generate Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs)
• Send PO documents to suppliers and ensure timely delivery
• Review POs for planned goods receipts and invoice receipts, and update accordingly
• Support process improvements within the team

What we are looking for:

• Strong experience with Excel
• Good understanding of supply chain processes and procedures
• Ability to independently resolve issues using existing solutions
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues from different regions
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently
• A proactive "can-do" attitude and willingness to contribute to process improvements
