Recruiter (English B2), Chisinau

Job Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates.
• Building and maintaining a talent pool for future company needs.
• Monitoring and analyzing labor market trends and salary levels.
• Participation in onboarding and adaptation processes for new employees.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in HR, preferably in recruitment.
• Understanding of key HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, employee development.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing and selection tools, including modern search strategies.
• Proven experience successfully closing vacancies.
• Proactive mindset, strong sense of responsibility, effective communication skills.
• English level B2+.
• Experience working with outsourcing or BPO companies will be an advantage.
