We are looking for:
Quality Assurance Team Leader ($800, Fully Remote, Flexible Schedule)
Intro
We are an online travel agency that sells airplane tickets. We need a Team Leader for the Quality Assurance team.
The QA team listens to our sales agents’ calls and completes simple questionnaires about how they worked and whether they followed our guidelines or not. The questionnaires are mostly simple yes/no questions, e.g. “Did the agent ask the customer what his preferred airline is? Yes / No”.
Training about the travel industry and about sales is provided.
Responsibilities
- Double check your team’s work - read their questionnaire answers, listen to the calls they analyzed, confirm that the questionnaires are accurate
- Hold weekly meetings (1-2 per week) with your team to address mistakes & questions
- Hold 1-on-1s to address disciplinary problems (e.g. the agent did not reach his target and then disappeared for 3 days)
- Work with spreadsheets to maintain a dashboard & basic stats (we will teach you how to do it, it’s NOT the main part of the job)
Work Conditions
- Starting salary $800
- fully remote
- flexible schedule, no work shift except meetings with the management & your team
- official employment, paid vacation 28 days per year, salary on your debit card

- B2 English at least
