Key responsibilities include analyzing and documenting test cases, reporting and addressing issues, and enhancing system usability.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in QA.
- Strong proficiency in manual testing with experience in automated testing as a plus.
- Ability to create and manage tickets for identified issues.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
