As we continue to grow, we are looking for an exceptional Procurement Manager to drive efficiency, optimize supply chains, and secure the best deals through strategic negotiations with global suppliers
Procurement Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement operations, ensuring cost efficiency and supplier reliability;
- Negotiate contracts with international suppliers, securing optimal terms;
- Analyze inventory & demand trends, planning strategic orders;
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and legal standards;
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and logistics teams for seamless operations.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or Logistics;
- 3+ years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing;
- Advanced negotiation & analytical skills with a proven track record;
- Fluency in English, Romanian & Russian;
- Proficiency in MS Office & 1C ERP software;
- Strong leadership & problem-solving abilities.
