Location: Chișinău (On-site, with 1 day/week WFH flexibility)

Start Date: Immediate
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with flexibility for US & Israeli clients

The Role
We’re looking for a People Operations & Recruitment Manager to become the right hand of our founders and help scale ZevetOne to the next level.
This is not a traditional HR job. It’s a hybrid role combining recruitment, people operations, and office management — with huge growth potential. You’ll shape how we hire, how our people experience ZevetOne, and how we continue building a strong culture.
What You’ll Do
Recruitment & Coordination
- Collect and clarify job descriptions from clients.
- Source candidates (LinkedIn, groups, referrals, networks).
- Coordinate pipelines with freelance recruiters.
- Manage the candidate database and recruitment funnel.
- Pre-screen candidates (CV + interviews) and oversee the full recruitment process.
People Operations
- Coordinate office operations and staff.
- Organize team events and team-building activities.
- Handle swag/merch production.
- Act as the go-to person for employees, supporting morale and culture.
- Support performance review cycles with clients.
Founder Support & Growth
- Be a point of contact for clients when needed.
- Take ownership of new projects, tools, and processes.
- Grow into higher-level responsibilities and team management.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years recruitment experience (in-house or agency).
- Excellent English (written & spoken).
- Proactive, hustler, and can-do mindset.
- Flexible to work across international time zones.
- People-oriented, trustworthy, and a good listener.
- Bonus: Experience in HR, employee engagement, or connections in the local tech talent pool.
