.NET Back-End Developer (C#)

We are looking for a Senior .NET Back-End Developer to join our team and play a key role in building best-in-class solutions for the automation of sorting processes. You will work on a modern, cloud-native platform and have a strong influence on architecture, technical decisions, and engineering best practices.

Your Responsibilities

• Gain deep understanding of the system architecture, business workflows, and existing technical solutions
• Design, implement, and evolve scalable back-end services using C# / .NET
• Take ownership of code quality, performance, security, and system reliability
• Deliver production-ready, well-tested code with predictable and sustainable velocity
• Participate in and influence architectural and technical decision-making
• Provide accurate estimations and help shape sprint planning and technical scope
• Proactively identify risks, technical debt, and improvement opportunities
• Work with containerized microservices deployed in Kubernetes environments
• Use Helm to manage deployments and configurations across environments
• Contribute to Vue 3 frontend development, including implementing or adjusting components closely related to backend functionality
• Ensure consistency, performance, and maintainability across backend services and frontend integration points

Requirements

• Strong, hands-on experience with C# / .NET (ASP.NET Core) in production systems
• Proven experience working with Kubernetes in real-world, non-trivial environments
• Solid experience using Helm for deployment and configuration management
• Working knowledge of Vue 3 and ability to contribute to frontend development
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, distributed systems, and backend architecture
• Experience designing and maintaining scalable, maintainable systems
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• High standards for clean, testable, and maintainable code
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• Ownership mindset and ability to work independently
• English level: B2 or higher

Nice to Have

• Experience with Dapr
• Experience with Octopus Deploy or similar deployment automation tools
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture
• CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
