Maintenance Manager

About Us

UE LINE is an asset-based American trucking company with an operations center in Chișinău. We operate across the United States and manage a rapidly growing fleet of over 200 trucks. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced and highly organized Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance operations and ensure the reliability of our fleet.

This is a leadership role with direct impact on fleet performance, safety, and company profitability.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee the entire maintenance operation for our U.S. fleet
- Plan, schedule, and track all preventive maintenance and repairs
- Coordinate with shops, vendors, and internal teams
- Manage breakdowns, emergency repairs, and road calls
- Monitor repair costs and minimize truck downtime
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
- Develop and enforce maintenance standards and procedures
- Lead, train, and support maintenance coordinators and technicians

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in fleet maintenance management or similar role
- Strong understanding of truck maintenance operations
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Confident communication with drivers, vendors, and management

Requirements
- Prior experience in trucking maintenance, fleet operations, or related field
- Solid knowledge of vehicle repair processes and preventive maintenance
- Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Experience working with U.S. trucking operations is a strong advantage
