We're looking for a Lead data analyst to join our team in Chisinau.
Job Summary: To deliver data-driven insights that empower the Accounting Director to make informed strategic financial decisions, optimizing financial performance and supporting key business objectives.

- Working hours Monday-Friday from 16:00 till 01:00 (Moldova Time Zone)
- Establish and lead the data analysis department, including setting up data processes and systems.
- Collect and consolidate data from various sources within each of the eight business units.
- Develop and maintain databases and data systems to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business strategies.
- Create detailed reports and dashboards to visualize data and present findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with management teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics relevant to each company.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and adjust strategies as needed.
Required competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role (experience in working with diverse industries and understanding their unique data needs is a plus).
- Proven experience in setting up data processes and systems.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with data visualization techniques and tools.
- High organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects independently.
