Key Account Manager

Objective:
We are seeking a highly motivated and process-oriented Key Account Manager to support and scale our operations. This individual will act as the right hand to the Business Developer, overseeing sales support, onboarding, credit risk, vendor coordination, collections, reporting, and overall department efficiency.

Schedule: 16:00 - 01:00

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client onboarding, explaining service features, and setup process.
• Handle client complaints and escalations proactively.
• Track customer activity, vendor rebates, and revenue metrics
• Follow up on unpaid invoices and missing deposits, ensuring timely collections
• Maintain and update dashboards, Google Sheets, and CRM with accurate weekly data
• Coordinate operations with key industry vendors
• Support the sales pipeline through lead follow-up, agreement tracking, and reminders
• Prepare weekly reports including performance insights and collection updates
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve SOPs, checklists, and automation system.

Required Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian
• Experience in logistics, fuel, or financial/credit services is preferred
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, CRM platforms, and dashboard tools
• Confidential, trustworthy, and capable of handling sensitive data
• Excellent project coordination and task management abilities
