Junior HR Specialist

We're looking for an organized and proactive Junior HR Specialist to support daily office operations. If you enjoy helping things run smoothly and working in a dynamic environment, this could be the perfect role for you!

In this role you will:

Prepare, store, and distribute employee work contracts.
Enter and update employee records in company systems.
Manage and update employee permits and required documents in external platforms.
Oversee the loading and recovery of funds on company-issued debit cards.
Provide administrative support to other team members as needed.

Requirements:

English proficiency (minimum B1);
University degree (the Economic field will be an advantage);
Good knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, Power Point);
Knowledge of English, knowledge of the other languages will be an advantage;
Ability to work with deadlines;
Ability to work in a team, and independently.
