HR Generalist

We are looking for a proactive and resourceful HR Generalist to join our team. This role offers broad exposure across key HR functions, with a particular focus on recruitment and talent acquisition, as well as daily HR operations support. You will play a central role in the employee lifecycle, from hiring to offboarding ensuring smooth processes and a strong employee experience.

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple departments and levels;
  • Draft and publish job descriptions, screen applications, and coordinate interviews;
  • Conduct direct search and candidate outreach for specific roles;
  • Liaise with hiring managers to define role requirements and align on expectations;
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment journey;
  • Prepare and deliver offer letters and ensure a smooth pre-boarding process;
  • Maintain up-to-date candidate records and monitor recruitment metrics.

General HR Support

  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and processes;
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS (PeopleForce);
  • Support performance management cycles and training coordination;
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and documentation;
  • Coordinate employee offboarding, including conducting exit interviews;
  • Contribute to employee engagement, wellbeing initiatives, and internal communication efforts;
  • Assist with HR audits and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Daily Operations Support

  • Ensure timely handling of routine HR tasks, documentation, and internal requests;
  • Coordinate with external service providers (e.g., insurance, training, consultants);
  • Monitor probation, contract, and visa.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • 2–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or Talent Acquisition role;
  • Proven experience managing recruitment processes independently;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities;
  • Proficiency with HRIS/ATS platforms (PeopleForce would be an advantage) and Google Suite;
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive or confidential information;
  • Experience working in an IT company would be an advantage;
  • Knowledge of labor laws in RM and HR best practices;
  • Additional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CIPD) are a plus.
