After-hours dispatcher
We are an asset-based trucking company operating in the United States, managing a fleet of 150+ trucks. As our operations continue to expand, we are looking for a dedicated After-Hours Dispatcher to join our Moldavian team.
Position Details:
Shift: After-hours (00:00 - 09:00) Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and assisting drivers outside of regular business hours
- Resolving urgent issues related to shipments, delays, or breakdowns
- Communicating with brokers, shippers, and receivers as needed
- Tracking loads and updating systems accordingly

Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months of dispatching experience (preferably in after-hours or night shift roles)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure

- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions
