Key Responsibilities

• Record and manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping transactions
• Handle invoices, payments, and receipts, and assist with account reconciliations
• Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports
• Ensure proper documentation and accurate financial records, including audit support
• Work closely with the finance team on daily tasks and process enhancements
• Learn internal processes and gradually take ownership of more advanced accounting duties

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (mandatory)
• At least 1 year of experience in accounting or a related financial role
• Proficiency in Excel
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and eagerness to learn
• Ability to follow procedures, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
• Previous experience working with U.S.-based companies
