Position: Sales Account Manager – International Fashion Wholesale
Type Location: Full-time, Chisinau (Hybrid)

We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to manage and grow our international B2B wholesale accounts. You will work directly with fashion retailers worldwide: prepare offers, negotiate terms, manage orders, follow deliveries and payments, manage your pipeline using CRM and email campaigns (no cold calling).

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow relationships with existing B2B customers
• Prospect and approach new customers
• Prepare and send offers, manage follow-ups; negotiate terms and close deals
• Manage orders, monitor shipments and payments; coordinate with internal teams
• Provide proactive customer support and solve issues
• Use CRM and campaign tools to manage portfolio and follow-ups
• Report activity results to management

Requirements:

• Experience in B2B client relationship / account management
• Experience with CRM and structured follow-up
• Analytical thinking, strong attention to detail, organized and accountable
• Self-motivated, confident, good interpersonal skills
• Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook)
• Fluent English, strong business writing
