Real Estate Practice:
The Real Estate Executive Search Practice is one of the absolute global market leaders having completed more than 500 searches for top industry names such as Blackstone, KKR, Brookfield, Panattoni, PGIM, Prologis, CBRE IM etc.
Role Summary:
- To strengthen our Real Estate Practice team, Pedersen & Partners has decided to hire a Research Associate/Consultant to work on high-end Executive Search mandates on a global scale.
- The candidate will specifically work on top Real Estate assignments focusing on Investment, Capital Raising, Finance, Portfolio and Asset Management.
- It is essential that the Research Consultant / Associate has interest in knowledge acquisition with a good understanding of business and figures.
- The ideal candidate must be a structured, disciplined, and curious professional who enjoys working in a complex and high paced environment.
- We understand that the person will grow into the role. Hands-on attitude is key
- The position is based in Moldova.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct top-notch research for Real Estate Executive Search and Consultancy mandates globally.
- Monitor the global Real Estate sector in terms of trends and industry movements.
- Identify executives, calibrate, and prioritize potential candidates.
- Prepare long-lists, talent mapping and reports related to the Executive Search process.
- Contact Executives for ongoing searches.
- Conduct first level screening and assessment of candidates.
- Arrange candidate interviews and follow up with feedback.
- Maintaining an accurate database.
- Prepare client and candidate reports.
- Participate in client discussions.
Requirements:
- Previous recruitment and/or consulting experience, would be considered an advantage
- Demonstrable research skills.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Proactive and curious by nature.
- Preferred academic background in Engineering or Economics.
- Fluent in written and verbal English (C1 level) is a must.
