Salary range – 12.920,00 - 18.620,00 MDL gross

Education & Work Experience
Qualification:
- Completion of College diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Public Administration/Services, International Relations, Economy, Project Management, Human Rights, European Studies or Diplomatic Studies;
- minim. 1-2 years of project management-related experience;
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively;
- Mastering time management and effective planning to meet the deadlines;
- Basic understanding of project management principles;
- Strong attention to details;
- Analytical thinking;
- Ability to work under pressure and in stressful situations;
- Strong ethical standarts;
- languages – English – Basic knowledge; - Romanian/Russian - Fluent in all aspects.

Throughout its presence in the country, PIN has been contributing to the development of following sectors: Sustainable Livelihood and Environment, Social Inclusion and Protection, Good Governance.
Position overview:
The Project Assistant is part of the project management team of the Civil Society and Good Governance Programme Sector. She/he together with the project manager and project officer is responsible for overall project support, including assistance to project/s administration, procurement, coordination of project events and activities, monitoring and evaluation, reporting and other on demand tasks of the Country Programme.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and logistical support for capacity-building trainings, workshops, meetings, and events.
- Assist in documenting and preparing narrative reports on project implementation.
- Participate in coordination and steering committee meetings for the project.
- Contribute to the translation of project-related documents as needed.
- Assist in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of projects and collect data for monitoring and evaluation (M&E).
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor activities and support partnership building with partners and beneficiaries.
- Monitor grantees and partners, supporting their initiatives when required.
- Maintain and organize project-specific documentation (hard copies and ELO files) in compliance with procurement and donor procedures.
- Support the Country Programme in Moldova by contributing to evaluations, reports, fundraising efforts, and case studies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Project or Programme Managers.
