Partner Manager
We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Partner Manager to build, nurture, and expand strategic partnership that drives mutual business growth. The ideal candidate will act as the main point of contact for partners, ensuring alignment of goals, successful collaboration, and long-term value creation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partnership Development: Identify, onboard, and manage new strategic partners, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Relationship Management: Serve as the primary liaison for partner organizations, fostering strong relationships at all levels.
• Maintain and update the client database, ensuring all records are current and accessible.
OBC Sourcing:
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified OBCs to meet the company’s operational needs.
• Maintain a network of reliable OBCs, ensuring availability and readiness for urgent shipments.
• Ensure all OBCs meet the necessary requirements, including documentation, permits, and compliance with company standards.
Road and Customs Supplier Management:
• Source and managing relationships with road and customs suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts and service agreements to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality service.
NFO Supplier Management:
• Identify and onboard NFO suppliers
• Build and maintain a strong network of NFO suppliers, ensuring a wide range of options for urgent logistics needs.
Supplier Evaluation and Compliance:
• Regularly evaluate all suppliers to ensure they meet the company’s quality standards and compliance requirements.
Contract Negotiation and Management:
• Negotiate terms and agreements with suppliers, ensuring favorable conditions that align with company goals.
• Manage and renew contracts as needed, keeping track of expiration dates and any necessary updates.
Market Research and Supplier Sourcing:
• Conduct market research to identify potential new suppliers and opportunities for expanding the supplier network.
• Stay informed about industry trends and changes in regulations that may impact supplier management.
• Attend industry events (fairs, MROs), conferences, and networking sessions.
Data Management and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of all supplier and client interactions, contracts, and performance metrics.
• Generate reports on supplier performance, client satisfaction, and other key metrics for internal review and decision-making.
Interdepartmental Collaboration:
• Work closely with operations, sales, and other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication with clients and suppliers.
• Participate in interdepartmental meetings to align goals, strategies, and ongoing projects.
• Utilize opportunities and actively increase participation in freight forwarders networks, fostering connections that enhance business growth and collaboration.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or account management (B2B environment preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience using CRM and data tools to track performance.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or related field.
• Proficiency in English (C1)
