.Net Developer Lead I IT
We are looking for a talented .NET Developer Lead. Responsibilities will include coordinating the development team, writing code, testing, and implementing .NET solutions.

In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Coordinating and managing the .NET developers team;
- Developing, improving, and maintaining banking applications;
- Building/using microservices and ensuring other integration methods between different systems;
- Ensuring a high level of performance, quality, and user experience (UX) of the developed applications;
- Integrating developments into the DevOps (CI/CD) flow applied within the bank;
- Maintaining code quality and participating in the development of automated tests for the developed products;
- Actively participating in the design of application architectures and technological solutions.
- Advanced knowledge of Git, ASP.NET MVC, ORM such as Entity Framework, NHibernate, Dapper (preferably Entity Framework);
- Development of websites (ASP.NET Web Forms, ASP.NET MVC, Blazor);
- Proven knowledge and experience in developing middle-end or back-end applications using .NET (preferably C#), Objective-C, object-oriented programming (OOP), Design Patterns, IOC;
- Good knowledge of web service design (including SOAP), web APIs, RESTful APIs;
- Good knowledge and experience in designing and querying SQL databases;
- Experience working with XML, JSON;
- Excellent leadership and project management skills;
- Ability to make quick and effective decisions in complex situations;
- Effective communication and team collaboration skills.
