MEP Expert in BIM Modeling

NH Tech is expanding and seeking a skilled MEP Expert in BIM Modeling to join our team in Moldova. Our company specializes in the installation and maintenance of fiber optic networks across Europe, focusing on high-quality, accurate MEP design.

Position Overview:
The MEP Expert in BIM Modeling will develop, manage, and refine BIM models for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems, ensuring precision in design and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and update MEP BIM models.
• Coordinate with project teams to integrate MEP designs seamlessly.
• Perform clash detection and resolve issues within the BIM environment.
• Ensure MEP designs comply with industry standards.
• Prepare reports and documentation for project stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with MEP modeling in BIM software (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks).
• Strong understanding of MEP design principles and standards.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English will be an advantage (written and spoken).
• Ability to work on-site at our office in Chisinau.
