About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Accounting Specialist to handle billing, payment processing, and financial documentation for our medical operations. The ideal candidate will have strong English skills, solid mathematical knowledge, and the ability to work from our office during evening/night hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process medical billing and invoices accurately
• Maintain and update accounting records
• Verify payment transactions and reconcile accounts
• Communicate with clients and partners in English
• Prepare basic financial reports

Requirements:

• Strong English proficiency (written & spoken)
• Good mathematical and analytical skills
• Previous experience in accounting, billing, or finance (preferred)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible
• Ability to work from the office (18:00 – 02:00)California Time
