HR Generalist
We are looking for a proactive and resourceful HR Generalist to join our team. This role offers broad exposure across key HR functions, with a particular focus on recruitment and talent acquisition, as well as daily HR operations support. You will play a central role in the employee lifecycle, from hiring to offboarding ensuring smooth processes and a strong employee experience.
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple departments and levels;
- Draft and publish job descriptions, screen applications, and coordinate interviews;
- Conduct direct search and candidate outreach for specific roles;
- Liaise with hiring managers to define role requirements and align on expectations;
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment journey;
- Prepare and deliver offer letters and ensure a smooth pre-boarding process;
- Maintain up-to-date candidate records and monitor recruitment metrics.
General HR Support
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and processes;
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS (PeopleForce);
- Support performance management cycles and training coordination;
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and documentation;
- Coordinate employee offboarding, including conducting exit interviews;
- Contribute to employee engagement, wellbeing initiatives, and internal communication efforts;
- Assist with HR audits and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Daily Operations Support
- Ensure timely handling of routine HR tasks, documentation, and internal requests;
- Coordinate with external service providers (e.g., insurance, training, consultants);
- Monitor probation, contract, and visa.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
- 2–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or Talent Acquisition role;
- Proven experience managing recruitment processes independently;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities;
- Proficiency with HRIS/ATS platforms (PeopleForce would be an advantage) and Google Suite;
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive or confidential information;
- Experience working in an IT company would be an advantage;
- Knowledge of labor laws in RM and HR best practices;
- Additional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CIPD) are a plus.
