What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a skilled and experienced dispatcher who understands the logistics of moving step-deck and flatbed freight.
Job Responsibilities:
- Book loads and coordinate schedules
- Stay in communication with drivers, brokers, and customers
- Keep paperwork organized and up to date
- Ensure freight moves smoothly and on time
- Experience dispatching step-decks or flatbeds
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Familiar with load boards like DAT, Truckstop, 123Loadboard, etc.
- Experience with oversize or machinery loads and broker contacts? That’s a big plus!
- A team of experienced drivers running step-deck and flatbed equipment
- Support from a friendly, professional crew
- High-percentage pay based on gross revenue, with bonus opportunities
