As a Customer Relationship Manager at B My Guest, you'll ensure top-notch service from inquiry to departure, building strong guest relationships with our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client accounts and maintain communication.
- Address inquiries and identify upselling opportunities.
- Utilize CRM software for data management.
- Collaborate with teams to optimize customer experiences.
Requirements:
- English and Russian languages
- Proven experience in customer service or sales.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
