Customer Development Representative

About UE LINE INC

We are an asset-based trucking company operating in the United States, managing a fleet of over 200 trucks. As our company and fleet size increases day by day, we are actively seeking new talent to join our Moldavian team.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Acquisition & Cold Calling

• Conduct high-volume cold calling campaigns to potential customers across the US
• Identify and target facilities, shippers, and logistics companies
• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into active customers

Relationship Building

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Present UE LINE INC's carrier services and capabilities professionally
• Understand customer shipping needs and provide tailored transportation solutions
• Act as primary point of contact for customer inquiries and service requests

Account Management

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and preferences
• Negotiate rates and service agreements with new customers
• Coordinate with dispatch and operations for load assignments
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through excellent service

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) -
• 1+ years of sales or customer service experience
• Strong cold calling and prospecting skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and sales tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in transportation, logistics, or freight industry
• Knowledge of flatbed/step deck transportation services
• Previous B2B sales experience
• Understanding of US shipping and logistics markets
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
