AI/ML Engineer

Avantaj Prim is an IT company developing fintech services and game projects for PC, Mobile, and VR/AR platforms. We are residents of the IT Park, have been operating on the market for more than 18 years, and our team has grown to over 100 specialists.
We are currently expanding our gaming division and looking for an AI Engineer who will help take our games to the next level using cutting-edge machine learning and behavioral AI technologies.

What you will do:

• Design and implement AI systems for PC/Mobile/VR games (NPC behavior, navigation, bot logic, adaptive difficulty)
• Develop ML and DL solutions for procedural content generation, personalized player experiences, and player behavior analytics
• Integrate neural network services (LLM-based chat, image generation, voice synthesis) into gameplay and designer tools
• Set up and optimize data pipelines: telemetry collection, dataset preparation, model training and deployment
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team (developers, game designers, artists, analysts) to rapidly test and validate hypotheses
• Research and prototype new AI technologies, evaluate their business value, and improve AI performance and quality

What we expect:

• 1+ year of experience as an AI Engineer / ML Engineer
• Understanding of classical game AI algorithms: Behavior Trees, GOAP, FSM, A*, NavMesh
• Hands-on experience with ML/DL (PyTorch / TensorFlow), training and deploying models (CV, NLP, or RL)
• System thinking, initiative, and the ability to drive tasks to completion

Nice to have:

• Experience using Generative AI in games (Stable Diffusion, LLM fine-tuning)
• Knowledge of C++/C# or Python
• Experience with Unity
• Familiarity with cloud AI services (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI) and MLOps
• Understanding of live-ops analytics and personalization models
